Below you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions, which concern the management of spaces and activities in our Holiday Center, regarding the particular period that we are all experiencing. These indications will be updated, modified and adapted to all provisions, protocols and vademecums that will be received by the appropriate governmental subjects.
What health precautions will you take?
All the directives of the Ministry of Health and of our Region of origin (Marche) will be applied with the utmost diligence and care, as regards personnel management, sanitation and the application of all precautions relating to the management of common spaces ( Restaurant, bar, beach, water park, sports equipment, playground, toilet facilities …).
Access control inside the Holiday Center will also be carried out through self-certification on personal health and temperature measurement.
How will crowds be avoided?
Our Administrative Staff is evaluating and planning all the procedures regarding each sector (restaurant services, entertainment etc …), in order to avoid gatherings and provide guests with alternative tools that do not require unnecessary contacts. We are also waiting for the government to give its indications on the matter.
How will the Restaurant, Bar and Acquapark services work?
We are working to offer guests new forms of use of the various services, for example implementing the take-away service, which is already present, with other methods such as home delivery to their accommodation (mobile home, cottage, tent). , pitch ….) or at your own umbrella in the case of the beach kiosk service.The Management is evaluating the best performing and safest systems and will not fail to inform guests as soon as there are certainties in this regard. In every place, our staff will monitor the flows of guests to avoid gatherings and enforce the rules of social distancing or other indications that will come from the competent authorities.The guidelines of the Marche Region allow the use of swimming pools according to a limited number of people, in relation to the capacity of the structure; the distance of one meter both inside and outside the water is derogable for people belonging to the same family.
Entry into the water is allowed, as already prescribed, among other things, only after a shower. The minimum distance between sunbeds or deckchairs, between different families, cannot be less than 2 meters. Equipment such as sunbeds and deckchairs are cleaned and sanitized daily.
Will foreign guests be admitted?
There are no restrictions regarding the origin of the guests except those relating to travel / prescribed by the competent authorities.
What behaviors will guests have to adopt?
– obligation not to access the Holiday Center in the event of a quarantine, in the presence of flu symptoms or body temperature above 37.5 ° C, or if it comes from areas of focal epidemics
– social distancing of at least 1 meter, derogable in the case of belonging to the same family unit
– respect for social distancing in all circumstances, even when using the toilets
– frequent washing of the sheets, at least 60 ° C
– personal hygiene measures, paying particular attention to cleaning the hands of children too
– Obligation to shower immediately after bathing
– parental control of children’s compliance with the rules of behavior
How will housing and common places be cleaned?
Our staff was trained in a particular and specific way for the use of chemical agents (0.1% sodium hypochlorite or 70% ethanol or other agent identified by the Ministry of Health) and suitable tools for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and environments, privileging dedicated sanitizable or disposable cleaning equipment, in compliance with health regulations and protocols prepared for the fight against Covid-19.A cleansing and sanitizing frequency will be programmed based on the frequency of use and the characteristics of each type of environment. During the cleaning operations, the ventilation of the rooms will be ensured and particular attention will be paid to the surfaces of greatest contact such as door and window handles, toilet and sanitary surfaces and support surfaces.
Which products will you use for cleansing and disinfection?
We will use, as already in the past, products that follow the prescriptions of the Ministry of Health and WHO, based on chlorine (sodium hypochlorite 0.1%) or alcohol-based (70% ethanol), to ensure the maximum sanitizing efficacy on all treated surfaces.In the main common places, sanitizing gel dispensers will be available to guests.
New generation instruments, such as ozone treatment machines, indicated to increase the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitizing, are being examined by the Management.
How will we intervene in case of contagion?
We will adopt all the indications of social distancing, sanitation and prevention that are prescribed or will be prescribed by the health authorities, for the protection of both our staff and all our guests.
Will it be possible to do activities such as Baby Dance and Evening Shows?
We are in constant contact with the entertainment service provider, to redesign the animation offer together and to ensure compliance with the rules.New types of entertainment will certainly be proposed and introduced for both children and adult adults. All outdoor activities will certainly be privileged.The guidelines of the Marche Region provide for the possibility of carrying out leisure activities reorganized and in small groups, with spaces and times so as to allow distancing also with regard to the miniclub, privileging outdoor areas.
What precautions will you take for the entertainers / children distancing?
The animation staff will be trained specifically on the “contact” methods, respecting the distances and excluding gatherings. New games and activities are being planned to entertain children without having close contacts.
Acquapark and Beach Services
Will it be possible to use the Acquapark and the beach?
Of course, unless otherwise indicated by the competent authorities. Our staff, in any case, will supervise the accesses (quota for the Aquapark), the distances between the umbrellas will be guaranteed and all necessary sanitation protocols will be applied.
The beach staff will also accompany guests to their beach umbrella and supervise compliance with the distances provided. There is an obligation to shower immediately after bathing with particular care of hands and face.
How do you plan to guarantee social distancing within the Holiday Center?
We are studying new procedures to manage all the moments and places of potential assembly.There will be new methods of smart check-in and check-out, using the online check-in already present, the possibility of payment and completion of procedures in advance of the arrival, delivery / delivery of bikes at home;inflows to the toilets will be monitored and regulated, as will those in all common areas.

Restaurant and Bar Services
How will the service be carried out at the Bar and Restaurant?
We are studying the indications prescribed by the competent authorities to adapt the offer in the best way. At the restaurant there are distances between the larger tables, new ways of managing pensions, quota of seats and table reservations, increase in the frequency of sanitization of the rooms, to ensure the best possible service and without gatherings.In addition, the take-away service already present will be increased and a home delivery service will be introduced at the accommodation or pitch. Takeaway drinks or at the table will be allowed at the bar but not at the counter.
Will the new ways of using the services have a negative impact on the environment?
Environmental protection is a fundamentally important topic for the La Risacca Holiday Center. The new ways of carrying out some services, such as Restaurant, Bar, Market etc .. provide for the massive use of disposable material.Our structure will evaluate and adopt as much biodegradable and low environmental impact materials as possible and will invite its guests to have the same care in choosing the consumer products purchased at the internal Market or elsewhere.
